We can only accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive defective or damaged.

• Any non-defective items

• Returns are NOT accepted for non-defective items

• All sales are final

3. RESTOCKING FEES

We do NOT charge restocking fees.


• No restocking fee for approved defective item returns

• No deductions from your refund

• You receive 100% of your product price back


 

4. DEFECTIVE ITEM REFUND PROCESS

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a full refund.

STEP 2 — AWAIT REVIEW

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

 

STEP 3 — RETURN AUTHORIZATION

If approved, we will provide:

• Return authorization and instructions

• Prepaid return shipping label (FREE – no cost to you)

Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 

STEP 4 — SHIP THE RETURN

• Repack the item securely (if possible in original packaging)

• Attach the prepaid return label provided

• Use a trackable shipping method

• Retain your tracking number

Bank Processing Time: 5–7 business days

Refund Processing:

• After inspection approval, refunds are processed within 7 business days

• It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

What Is Refunded:

• Full product price (100%)

• Original shipping cost (if the item was defective or damaged)

• No deductions or restocking fees

6. EXCHANGE POLICY 

We do not offer direct product exchanges for any reason.

For defective or damaged items:


  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  2. Return the item following our return process
  3. Receive a full refund
  4. Place a new order if you would like a replacement



All other sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

All CozyFlow products are covered for:


• Manufacturing defects present upon arrival

• Defects in materials or workmanship

• Damage that occurs during shipping


WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

• Customer-caused damage (dropping, misuse, improper care)

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage from improper cleaning or storage

• Products used in ways not intended

WARRANTY PERIOD:

Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery to qualify for return and refund
